All data for the Bikeloop service is stored in Azure on servers in Norway.
All communication between the user, app, and service is encrypted.
Service-based data is retained as long as the user has an active service. By using "delete account" under my user in the app, the data is anonymized immediately. All data is also anonymized in backup systems within 30 days after deletion.
Payment data is handled in accordance with the accounting law's requirements and is stored for 5 years. Payment information is stored in payment partners' systems (Stripe or Vipps) and is only processed for payment purposes.
